Ingredients
1 corned beef brisket (2-3 lbs)
3-4 cups beef broth
3 cloves garlic (smashed)
1 onion (quartered)
Instructions
Place the corned beef brisket into the pot, then add the garlic cloves and onion.
Pour the beef broth into pot (make sure the beef is completely submerged).
Place the lid on the foodi, then pressure cook for one hour.
Carefully release the steam, then remove the brisket and slice and serve.
