Buttered Parmesan Broccoli




1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese


Place steamer basket in large pot. Fill with water to bottom of basket. Add florets.
Cover and place over medium-high heat to bring to a boil. Reduce to low. Steam for 10 min.
Meanwhile, in small microwaveable bowl, melt butter. Add parmesan to butter.
Check broccoli for doneness (crisp-tender) by piercing stem with fork. Depending on your preference, you may need to steam another 5 minutes.
Remove to serving bowl and pour butter mixture over broccoli. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
