
Ingredients
3 cups carrots, sliced (around 10 medium carrots)
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the carrots.
Cook the carrots until you are able to pierce them with a fork.
Add the brown sugar and salt to the carrots and stir to combine.
Turn the heat up to medium high and cook the carrots for 1 additional minute.
Serve hot and enjoy!
