
Ingredients
1 cup (155 g) frozen blueberries*
1 cup (30 g) baby spinach
1 ripe banana
1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon matcha powder (I used ceremonial grade)
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir before serving.
