Air Fryer Salmon

Ingredients

2 pieces of Salmon with the skin on (around 5-7 oz each)
5 tbsp of Japanese Mayo
1.5 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Lemon Juice
Lemon zest (optional)
A pinch of paprika
Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Mix Japanese mayo, soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper till smooth.
Coat the top of the salmon with the mayo mixture (not the side with the skin)
Line the air fryer with parchment paper, or spray with oil. Place the salmon skin side facing down.
Air fry at 400F for 10-11 minutes. ENJOY!
